A beautiful rarity from Mexico, Obregonia denegrii is the only member of the genus Obregonia. It's a slow growing species with a limited distribution in the valley of Jaumave, in the state of Tamaulipas.

We recommend a mineral soil and plenty of light. This species is vulnerable to over watering and is not the easiest of cacti. When mature, it produces pretty white flowers in August. Avoid frost.

Approx. 10 seeds per packet. The seeds germinate well under normal conditions and apart from the fact that they are slow growers, they can be treated much the same as other cacti.
