Cintia knizei (10 seeds)

A beautiful species from around 3000 m.a.s.l. i Bolivia. The only species in this monotypic genus, studies have shown that Cintia knizei is closely related to Weingartia and some authors also include it in that genus.

It is a slow growing species and does best in a mineral soil. The species develops a long tap root, so a deep pot is recommended. Pretty, yellow flowers appear in May.

Approx. 10 seeds per packet. They germinate well under normal conditions.
